Hydrotherm is a truly innovative concept that allows you to receive specialist massage therapy whilst lying on your back for the duration of your treatment.

During this treatment, your body is supported by soothing warm water filled cushions, in perfect spinal alignment with no uncomfortable face holes or clicked necks, without the need to turn over during treatment either, simply lay there on your back and relax as we give you one of the most unique massage experiences.

WHO IS IT FOR?
Hydrotherm is perfect for everyone, but in particular expectant mums, those who are physically active and those with impaired mobility. Hydrotherm can be experienced in your eighties, nineties and beyond. 

WHAT DOES THE TREATMENT INCLUDE?
We work underneath the entire body, around and above you, providing the ultimate three-dimensional massage experience all whilst lying face up. Tension and other causes of aches and pains are worked on while sliding oiled hands between the warm water cushions and the body, using the client’s own weight to apply just the right pressure to the problem areas.

YOU CAN EXPECT
Hydrotherm isn’t designed for a ‘one-off’ treatment but is an alternative way to deliver quality massages. It works by filling two cushions with warm water (usually 38°C), which rest comfortably under your back. Lying on your front can be uncomfortable for a number of reasons, whether it’s large breasts, mastectomy, anxiety-inducing or neck issues, the Hydrotherm option means you don’t have to worry or miss out. It also helps keep the spine supported and aligned so you’re not straining or sore afterward.
